  By Car Dockside is easily accessible via the A2/M2 and is located on St Mary’s Island in Chatham, Kent. Follow signs for Chatham Maritime and Dockside Outlet Centre.

  From Maidstone / South Kent Use the M20 or A229 towards Chatham, then follow signs for Dockside Outlet Centre.

The nearest station is Chatham Railway Station. From there, you can catch the number 2 bus towards Dockside, with a journey time of around 10 minutes. Taxis are also available from outside the station.

Dockside has one main surface level car park and an additional multi storey car park with easy access to the shopping centre.

Dockside has one main customer entrance, with additional access available through selected stores with external doors.

For visitors with a buggy, pushchair or wheelchair, there is a lift located at the main entrance, providing easy access to the first floor. Escalators are also available between floors.

A dedicated assistance phone is located by the escalator at the main entrance, where wheelchair access can be requested.
